The Sign in Pad app allows you to quickly customize a Sign In Sheet to be used with iPads or iPhones instead of paper sign in sheets. Not only you get a powerful app for free, but all the captured data is securely available on www.signinsheets.org for free also.

The mobile app has limited customization features, to get the most customization tools, you must log in your account on a web browser. The app requires internet connection, as all the sign in data is submitted to our secure server. No data is stored on the device. You can create unlimited number of sign in sheets to be used with unlimited number of devices. Please feel free to call us, if you need help setting up the app 1-714-941-0889.

We utilize dedicated secure servers behind firewalls at one of the largest Data Centers in USA. No sign in data is resold or utilized for any third marketing purposes.For a quick overview on how the app works, here is a short video.

Too invasive for my needs

I was hoping to use this to allow a group of teen volunteers sign in and out for their shifts. Unfortunately, this app does not allow sign out without requiring each volunteer’s email and I do not want to require them to give this app such information. This app may otherwise be great, but I guess I’ll never know.

Great app

I have been using this app for two years and it works perfectly. Any issues we’ve had has always been related to our equipment. Simple to use and customizable.

Unreliable

It is great when it does work but most of this time it does not. If it always worked this would be a great app because it is super user friendly. I love that you can customize the sign in sheet itself to have some fields required and other optional.
