Signature Manager Enterprise working with FormSprint allows you to access documents created on your IBM i electronically and then sign directly on your tablet. Once the document gets signed, the signature is loaded to the IBM i where it can be automatically, emailed, faxed or archived with indexing. If you have a customer that comes back a month later and is disputing an item, you will be able to quickly pull up the signed document through a web page and show them their signature.
In addition to collecting a signature, Signature Manager will also let you collect text information such as a printed name, payment type or payment amount. The Enterprise version also lets you take pictures to document any problems. It will also make your customer acknowledge your terms and conditions before signing.
With Signature Manager Enterprise you will be able to download all of your documents before heading out into the field. This gives you the ability to collect information even if you do not have an active connection to your IBM i, and transmit the data when you do have network access. The download feature will also allow your customer to sign multiple documents at once, while storing the documents on your system separately for easy searching.
With Signature Manager there is no more need for printing and storing large volumes of paper, or using error prone and time consuming scanning software. Every document is electronic from start to finish, so searching is easy and the results look impressive.
Version 3.00 has a new look and improved performance. It also includes some bug fixes for iOS 12.
