With Signature2go, you can:

• Check available balance
• Transfer money
• Review and Pay Bills
• Review all Online activity
• Get push notification alerts sent straight to your phone
• Audit all Online transaction history
• Locate ATM’s and Signature Bank locations
• Contact our amazing Customer Service Center!
• Send and receive secure messages through our Customer Service Message Center
• Review Signature News via RSS Feeds from our Facebook site

Additional Commercial Functionality:

• Create, and submit wires, ACH transactions (single payment or single receipt)
• Approve or cancel ACH or Wire transactions that require dual approval.


Signature2go is available to all Signature Bank of Arkansas account holders. If you are currently enrolled in our standard mobile banking services, you can begin using the App immediately; just access your accounts using your existing Signature Online Banking username and password.

If you are not currently using our Signature online account services go to and register as a new user. Don’t forget to install the App on an eligible smart phone and you are ready to begin using Signature2go mobile banking!

Signature2go mobile banking protects your financial information from unauthorized access:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (Secure HTTP) and is encrypted at all times over the network.
• The customer’s information is not stored on the mobile device at any time. Users are required to authenticate to access their information and account numbers are masked as nicknames (if customer has configured in their online banking preferences).
• Transactions that move money require a confirmation code (established within online banking).
• Session timeouts will log the user off after a period of inactivity.
• Switching to other applications will log user out of their session.

Spend less time updating your logo and making your app more functional

This app is not user friendly. Having Bank of America as another one of our banks and using their mobile app puts this one to shame. Hopefully Signature Bank can learn from their app.

1. To pay your bills is the most difficult thing ever.
2. If you accidentally set the wrong date to pay the bill you can’t just go back to edit. You have to delete the whole thing and make a new one. If you choose to edit it on the app it only lets you edit the address.
3. It always says the bill is overdo when it is not. Or maybe the bank doesn’t pay it on time even though we set an early payment date.

I don’t understand how this can be so bad.
The new UI is clunky and there’s so many redundant options that could be categorized better. Aggravating and confusing to try and read all this tiny print when I just want to check my balance and transactions quickly.
Tapping/clicking on things like your balance won’t take you to see it, you have to find the microscopic print where it says “transitions” in the tiniest hit box ever and hope that the app doesn’t crash or redirect you out of the app.
Also, why does my new debit card look like my neighbor’s driveway after their kid smashed it with a hammer?

Accounts Unavailable

Hate the app. 9 times out of 10 I login and it tells me my accounts are unavailable and I have to click the return home button about ten times to get to my accounts or log out and back in numerous times if that doesn’t work. Needs to be fixed.
