SikaCash 4+

I love this app and the services it provides, we thank you for that. My issue is that whenever you guys do updates I have to renter all information that I have saved. Like beneficiaries and saved cards, and the hick is the update is mandatory. If it is going to make people lose info at least it should be optional to do the update in my opinion. That’s the only reason I gave you a 3 star else you guys are 5s all the way. I tell all my family and friends about the app trust me am one of your biggest promoters but you need to fix this

My relative told me about SikaCash because of their exchange rate. I downloaded the app and decided to try it. It has yet to work for me.

Each time I log on, I get stuck either with payment processing or just getting into the actual App. Facial recognition works at times, and so does the ID pin. But many times, both do not work. I’m forced to reset my PW and return later for it to work. And when I enter my debit card info, i get stuck there watching their logo spin over and over. I end up quitting and repeating the same thing over and over. It’s annoying and quite disappointing.

Remitly, another money transfer app offers lower exchange rates, but their app works PERFECTO. It’s quick and user-friendly, unlike SikaCash, which is clumsy and not user-friendly at all.

SikaCash, please fix your app and win over people like me. I shouldn’t have to go to an agent to send money to loved ones. That’s so old-school and time-consuming.

This is my 3rd time editing my review since January 2023! It’s June 2023 ans everything is fine. They even added more countries into their circle.
