With the SilverScript® Insurance Company enrollment app for agents, appointed agents have a tool to securely and efficiently process and electronically submit SilverScript PDP enrollment applications. Our iPad app lets you conduct formulary and pharmacy searches, fill out enrollment applications, and capture client signatures.
Agents can use the app even when not connected to the Internet. Each time you open the SilverScript app when online, the app automatically transmits unsent enrollment applications to SilverScript and checks for system updates. It’s easy to use, and eliminates the need for licensed agents to fill out and transmit paper applications to SilverScript. This update adds functionality for agents to enter the Special Election Period effective dates for Special Election Periods required by Medicare.

You would think that a company who wants and needs new business would at the very least make sure new apps actually worked instead of throwing up ALL These roadblocks TO the very new business they are after!!
They need to clean house in the IT department and get people who actually give a D.... about whether something works or not before they turn it loose on the unsuspecting field.
The SilverScript application is very easy to use. Once I log in, i am able to look up their formulary, pharmacies and plans with my Clients. In addition, I am able to easily enroll clients at any location or anytime. Which makes this a very convenient tool for me and my business. I really like the drop down options, it makes it so easy to complete a Application. Usually I am able to complete one within 3-5 minutes.
Does not work after update
I have contacted my FMO about this app not working. I’ve also called SilverScript directly and told them this app does not work. This happens after every single software update. It states I’m not licensed in any state. Very annoying.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
