Go on Xfun, Instinct, Down or Aff if you want to send money to people all day long, don’t come here for that you’re going to ruin one of the very few places left on the entire Internet to meet really great women and you should know better. This is great for meets not great for sending cash with no meets. This App can have a rating of 5.0 if the guys who stay on Aff go back there and don’t come here. In addition more women will come to the app which would make it even better with much higher ratings for the same reason. It’s up to the guys to set the atmosphere as all of the complete scammers except for women will be on here in the future if something isn’t done by the guys.

So when i was filling out my likes and dislikes i put i would not tolerate any form of abusive behavior. So that was flagged and i had to change it. I sent a message to support asking why i was not allowed to say i did not tolerate abuse if any kind. To which they blocked my account and told me there were i consistencies in my account and they needed to verify my account. To please send a copy of my passport or front and back of drivers license. Total abuse of power from what i am sure was a man and of all things the person who blocked me had a very fake name. “Inna mychat” seriously? And I’m the one you question? So i contacted them for the return of the 6 mos premium plan because I'm not sending my “ Real ID with my life’s history on it to a website based in Germany. They refused so now i have to fight with Apple to get my money back after 4 hours on this site… just don’t waste your money is all I’m saying. Oh and pay attention because loading gives them access to everything financial included and they track your use of other sites. This is a scammer site for sure!

I like that you get to me people your own age on this app. But the pricing really is high for what should be considered basic features. Also there's no way to video chat or call within the app which is important when you don't want to give out your personal number. You should also be able to sort your matches from highest to lowest and you should be able to see their profile in the section where you're supposed to flip through and like people. You can't see any of the information from there and you also can't move forward until you rate that person.... you should be able to skip them. I also don't like that it tells the other person who saw their profile so you feel like you don't want to look at someone's profile twice because you don't want them to think you're a stalker or something lol. I hope you will continue to improve this because I think it has potential.

This website has all kinds of problems from functionality to failure to live up to expectations. I have been here for five months and have only been introduced to four possibilities within 30 minutes of my city location. I have had a total of three dates all on which are well over two hours away from me. There are a tremendous number of fake profiles here. I have spent the last hour trying to unsuccessfully sign into the website from both my laptop and my phone. The website has repeatedly confirmed my identity and security tested me. Then each time it tells me my session has ended, even though I’ve never been allowed in. I’m pretty sure quite a few of the profiles here are people that have been on for a short period of time then canceled their membership without deleting their profile. In short, this website is pretty expensive and falls short on their promises and functionality.

I am writing this review to make sure everybody knows what a terrible app this is. I signed up for a three month. Hoping to connect with others in my age group. From the beginning, I kept getting hit up by profiles that looked fake and all of a sudden my profile was suspended without reason. I emailed them many times until finally someone responded asking me for my drivers license. I said never mind just cancel it. They insisted I send my drivers license so they would process the refund. I finally gave in emailed them my drivers license and they did not respond or cancel or refund my membership. I emailed them many times asking them to refund me. At that point it was 2 months of me email and nothing has happened. Please do not pay for this app!To the Developer: You asked me to reach out to customer care. I have reached out many many many times and nothing, no word about cancelling or refunding. Not even sorry for your trouble.

I have had this app for 20 days and within the first four days I found three fake profiles. Now this isn’t surprising with dating apps understandably there’s a ton of fake profiles. But it was the first three profiles I received responses from!!! I flagged the profiles and began communicating with real people (well hopefully). Then began my problem—they shut my profile down and locked it! There is no phone number for this group!! You can only reach them through emails. When questioned why they locked me down I was told they needed my identification card copied and sent to them front and back to unlock! Ridiculous!! Obviously they enjoy fake profiles and fools. Never had any issues with any other senior dating app. VERY DISHEARTENING—but I hope others can find help from this or SilverSingles adds phone communication; or reasonable means of verification!

This company deserves nothing less than a minus below zero. Enrolling on their site will insure your reputation and integrity is damaged when they for no reason explained will freeze your account and claim fraudulent activity. They will send every individual you have contact and conversations with a message they suspect fraudulent activity with no explanation or warning. After paying for a subscription they ask you provide verification but the damage to your profile is done despite verification. AVOID THERE ARE OTHER FAR BETTER AND WELL INTENTIONED SITES. Customer service is an oxymoron to this company which unlike other sites is based in Germany. You have been warned avoid this site and anyone experiencing what I did please write your displeasure.They are scam designed to target vulnerable senior citizen’s shameful.

The app recently underwent an overhaul and the end produce is SIGNIFICANTLY poorer than the previous version.* One can no longer do a search on any criteria!* There is a “Discover” feature that lets one “browse” profiles, but it does not abide by the preferences set in your profile! In fact, in your profile it says that preferences are “not strict and you will see other people”! So, you end up browsing through a significant number of profiles that do NOT match your preferences, the majority of which are not even active profiles, wasting significant amounts of time.* One can no longer send messages to profiles you like. All one can do is LIKE a profile, and then hope that the other person sees your profile and LIKEs your profile back. Only when there is a “mutual like” can you message the person, but not before.* Customer service responded to my complaints (by email) after significant issues with connection (the overhaul was extremely buggy when it came out), but the response was condescending. And there is NO way to contact someone by phone other than for billing issues.I do NOT recommend this on-line dating app.

1) I’m new and learning to navigate the app (and website ) but I will get notifications that I’ve been sent a message but when I go in there is no message. I don’t know if the ones I send out are being received. 2) Same thing happens with the visitors section. I will be notified someone visited but they don’t show up in the list. 3) The Have You Met section has no profile matching to offer to me but instead tells me to change my profile to get better results. When I click the link it says my profile is complete. Right now, I can say I am not impressed and might request a refund. I just opened the account last night but this is absolutely useless if I am unable to communicate with other users.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE, I suspect the whole site is just for catfishing! This dating online platform is FULL of sharks, catfishers who will troll you from the moment you enter to the moment you delete your profile. I had four solid catfishing episodes while on the site for five days! The developers were quick to respond I passed the three day refund window but so suspiciously slow to respond to the specific complaint I had of a profile that was 100% fake (they were using pictures of a famous person, easy to verify in 2 seconds). Took the site a full week to ask me for more info, they asked me for screenshots of their user, the user profile name wasn’t enough for them to locate?!?! DO NOT USE THIS SITE, I suspect the whole site is just for catfishing!
