Subscription Details
◆ In order to use the app, you need to purchase an auto-renewable subscription on selected number. 7-day free trial period is provided for weekly subscription. With subscription, you will get credits on your balance to spend on SMS and calls. You can purchase credits in the app separately anytime.
◆ We provide 2nd Phone Subscription auto-renewing subscriptions with different durations: Weekly, Monthly, Yearly. Your 2nd Phone number remains active with your subscription
◆ Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
◆ Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The cost depends on the selected plan.
◆ Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
◆ Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
◆ Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Lost my number

I had the monthly subscription for over 6 months and was on automatic renew; every month, I kept receiving message saying” We couldn’t activate your phone number” and have been telling the “support dream team” about this issue; and they kept telling me it’s error and won’t happen again.

A few days ago, the app removed my number and the app showed I have no phone, yet my credit card was changed every month.

I need my phone number reinstated!

Please cancel my subscription

The built-in customer service contact doesn’t work. I have emailed you to modify my account - no answer! I have even uninstalled the app and you keep charging me. I have questions but I get no service. So all you want to do is get my money?
I have unsubscribed through iTunes and you keep charging me!
I have rewritten you the email with SIMless in the subject line asking you to stop billing me - that I am unsubscribed, uninstalled the App and Yet you keep billing me. Stop billing me and refund my 3 extra billings.
