I don’t normally leave reviews, this may be my first ever. I started off skeptical that it would work well with so few ratings. I tried it on cancelling two services which I didn’t provide the number to either. The one I am going to talk about is Xfinity where the ai had to make it through the automated machine and three humans that kept giving the run around. The total length of the call was 19 mins and all I had to do was provide it with what I wanted it to do, sent a screenshot of the Xfinity page with my info which it pulled the info it needed, and told it I was moving and wanted no additional services or discounts. When I need to make a change to a reservation but the place isn’t open, I usually have to make a reminder to myself to call later (and this can be very inconvenient if the place is open during work hours only). But now I am able to just ask Simple to call a place once it’s open. Also, this might just be me but I like asking Simple to call ubers for me in voice, it feels way more natural.

Love the concept but definitely needs some bugs worked out. There are several that stand out:1. I tell it to call businesses that service my home address (which is provided) to obtain quotes but instead it calls businesses all over the country.2. I like that it asks if you have any specific questions for the business before the call is placed. However, if you have several questions, the AI assistant asks ALL of them at the same time, one right after the other without pausing between each question to obtain the answer before moving on to the next one. It’s unnatural, overwhelms the person on the line and gives it away that it’s an AI. Several people just hang up out of frustration. It needs to be trained to be more natural in conversation in this regard.3. If the address needs to be provided for service or delivery, the AI says it EXTREMELY fast to the point where the person on the line can’t understand. It also doesn’t state an address naturally. For example, instead of the AI saying an address of “618 E 2nd Ln” as “618 East Second Lane,” it will literally say 618 “E” “2” “N” “D” “L” “N”

At first, I saw this app on TikTok thinking it’d be a cool little gimmick little did I know over the course of this past week it has saved me countless hours on hold and not having to do with annoying customer service people or anything like that this app has saved countless hours of my life in just this week alone allowing me to do more important things I would highly encourage anyone who Cares about their time to try this
