I’ve reset my password as well as tried to log in and all I get is I don’t have a “License.” Not one single helpful thing on the website or FAQ about how to get a license. This app is a sham! I’ll update this review if I actually get some assistance to get this app running.

Test After Each Update read this

I’m giving this app 3 stars because when it works it is really good. I have had 4 events where bugs in the app ruined my clients experience. Whenever there are updates there are BUGS. All kinds of glitches. I tried to give up on the app but I really like the features, so I keep coming back. Today at my event it kept randomly performing updates to the app and would not stop. I eventually had to use an alternative app. Bummer! I get home perform the update and it “appears” to be okay. I don’t trust any of their updates. I have another event coming up and I hope this app doesn’t fail me. The development team needs to beta test better before pushing out! Too many bugs in updates. Good app that needs stability!!! I’m giving it one more chance.

We appreciate your feedback and are so sorry to hear the software caused a bad experience for you! We definitely recommend making sure your app is fully updated before leaving for your event, which should help prevent this type of thing in the future. You may also consider disabling auto-updates. The WiFi connection at venues is often not super reliable for performing app updates.

Missing a couple settings.

For 100$ one time purchase, I understand that theres features that have to be restricted and exclusive to the Halo app. But I feel like this need 2 additional features to be worth the price.

1. A better layout/format for a 4x6 print.

2. A feature where they’re only allowed to press “print” once. I hate that its double printing because people spam the print button.
