Great customer service
I used the app for an event and had issues getting all my photos. I contacted consumer support and Emily was so helpful getting the issue resolved.
Avoid subscribing, unless you enjoy wasting money
Unable to get subscription to work with either Iphone, or Ipad app. The online information was rather poor and lacked a coherent explanation detailing that the service would NOT be compatible for both Iphone AND Ipad hardware, thus service was a complete waste of money, and we have ZERO pictures to show for this expense. The reimbursement policy should’ve been a red flag: other startups stand by their products, this is not one of them.
App crashes frequently
My business relies in part upon the reliability of software and equipment. I send out 3-7 photobooths with operators every weekend and this issue with Simple Booth crashing has negatively affected my business. It’s also extremely difficult to get customer service support. If they don’t give me a solution, we’re going to need to find another app.
