Simple Is Right
No muss, no fuss, no frills, no thrills, just straightforward tracking of intermittent fasting. If you don’t need a “community,” coaching or advice from a fasting app, if you just want to track your fasting with maybe your weight & a brief note, then this is the app for you. I deleted every other fasting app I ever used before because they were full of things I didn’t want or need, often pressure to join the “community” or get coaching — for extra charges of course. If you need all that, fine. If you don’t, you will be much happier with Simple Fasting. I certainly am.
Simple, no frills, just what I needed
I used Zero previously for a year or so before they started putting fluff into the app to justify rise in cost and subscription requirements.
I require simplicity and as the name of this app suggests, that’s what you get. A timer for different fasting ranges and water consumption counter in an elegant design. No fluff. Just what I personally needed.
This app is for you if you’ve done you’re research on fasting, have a plan, and don’t require all the distracting features such as articles, pep talks, etc.
I’ve been enjoying this app for the past 6 months, it works for me. I’ve lost 40 pounds. I usually fast 4pm-10am. Every once in a while I’ll get a wild hair and eat outside my schedule, when I do I just get back on track the next day.
I was happy to find the water feature. I try to drink 2 quarts a day.
I’m diabetic and my numbers have dropped a lot. I very seldom have to take the medication anymore and I feel better than I have it at least 2 years.
It would be great if you could add the option to enter glucose readings in the am/pm and one to enter miles walked or what ever exercise a person does.
I’ve always been a walker, I log these things on a calendar but, it would be nice if I could just do it all on this one app.
Thank you for a great simple app that helps me stay on track.
