Keep App with Notifications or Delete to Regain Needed Storage?

I’ll have to admit, I was at the end of the first week and didn’t know whether I should delete this small app and regain the much needed storage, and get rid of the barrage of notifications (very short articles/along with a few tasteful, targeted ads) or just grin and bare it!

The bare-it theme was easily compromised by unchecking some of the default list personal interests, which then tailors the notifications to only those stories you want to read about, and the hours of waking daylight you want to devote to reading (or ignore). I found my balance and now, some 12-14 weeks later, I found this app to be one of my strong suits!

The stories contain about the best amount of detail to inform (primarily tidbits rather than an expose) to make them interesting! I find that I typically miss 25-30% of articles, so I unwittingly read the previous, and the one before that, and so it goes for the next hour.

I will also admit to clicking on the very limited and always in the same placement of the article, since I genuinely have a desire to select that particular sales ad I might need. It’s not cumbersome on the page and they are , to date, 100% behavior correct, so I don’t mind.

If you have a passion for aviation, then download the free app, and get started reading! It’s fun stuff.

The only true aviation app out there

Un like all the aviation news site on the web and and Apps on the Store this is the only one that actually has a selection and a story. All of the other apps never have a real story and are only one or two sentence. But this app has resent Daly stores with many paragraphs and tons of story category's like: airbus news, Boeing news, airport news and even more then that, all in there own category. I highly recommend this app for aviation geeks like me. I absolutely love this app and I read it every day. It’s the only true aviation news app that iv found and defiantly the best out there. It’s never given me a problem to, there are some adds though but I don’t mind them that don’t get in the way. This app definitely is the 1 aviation news app of the apple store.

force crashes, way too many ads, good content

it’s a great app for reading aviation news but it has way too many ads (like pop ups which can be closed and just ads in the reading itself) and the app crashes after reading 2 stories that you have to force close the app and reopen it but other than that it’s good:

update: recently updated with new version and it still crashes and has many bugs, USE THE WEBSITE INSTEAD

Developer Response ,

This issue has now been fixed in a recent update.
