Take command of your wireless service, anywhere at any time! The Simple Mobile My Account App lets you manage most aspects of your wireless service right from your phone.

Here is how it works:

-Once downloaded, open the app and after agreeing with the End User License agreement, you will have the option to log in (if you already have a Simple Mobile Account) or you can create an account by selecting Create an Account.

- Once logged in, you will be able to see your Service End Date, keep track of your Data Usage, ReUp your Service by selecting ReUp with Credit Card or ReUp with PIN if you have an Airtime PIN.

-Other features include Auto-ReUp Enrollment, Stash management, Credit Card management, Adding or Deleting a Device from the Account, viewing your transaction history or you can use our retail locator.

I have been a customer for a few years nowZ You guys have the best data plans ever. I always have solid reception in the Boston area. The app just keeps getting better with the ability to modify your plans anytime, make payments, view data usage, and now you guys have a rewards point system. Simple mobile

The only good thing about simple mobile is the price that you pay for service. Ever heard you get what you pay for. The service is actually crappy. Slow speeds on videos and they promise you LTE speed on videos. The simple mobile app is awful. It doesn’t load anymore. On the app they let you play games and stuff to earn a mint of free service. It’s in possible to get the 5000 points you need to get the free service. I’ve been trying to get the 5000 points since I first got simple in February. Only reason I have simple is becuz I still have an iPhone and the price. Everything else is terrible to me.

Complete rip off

This service seemed promising with its “unlimited” data at first. They claim to slow your data after the allotted 4G speeds, which is reasonable, however this is a lie. I can’t load anything, not even a simple web page.

To make matters worse, I was gyped out of 2 days of service thanks to this buggy app. I added a new month card on 12/2 but the service doesn’t begin until 12/3 AND they didn’t give me access to full speed data at midnight as is implied. Their website has very limited information and I can’t find anything about what to expect as Simple Mobile is very unreliable at best.
