After iOS updates the app goes blank when starting
Working great before

Simple is right

So some users complain that some functionality Is missing like pmi, etc. Well the app is named Simple for a reason - it is. Quick, accurate, and easy to read, I can calculate payments for my clients at shows quickly. Just what I wanted. Only small issue is I don't sell houses. Consider changing from "House Price" to "Purchase Price".

Simple, and easy to use. And for a dollar I was able to get rid of the ads and help out the developer at the same time. Thanks for a great app!
