This app is designed to be simplest Tabata timer you can find. Tap to go, tap to pause, and double-tap to reset. It automatically tells you when to work and when to rest.

A Tabata training workout is a simple high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. You perform some exercise for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and then repeat 8 times. It sounds simple because it is. And while it's a simple 4 minute workout, it will get your heart racing very quickly and that 8th set will be much harder than you might expect.

This timer comes with a very simple interface: tap anywhere to start a workout, anywhere to pause one, and double tap if you need to reset the workout and start over for one reason or another. There are audio cues so you don't need to watch the count down timer during your workout and you can see your progress. If you lose track of what round your on, that's displayed in the corner so you'll know how much of a workout you have left.
