Ratings and Reviews
I am a therapist and am always looking for new ways to use meditation with clients. I like that there are seperate controls for voice and music. The varying lengths of the meditations allows anyone to start out slowly and build up to a place where they can comfortably practice meditation for longer periods of time.
Training to let go is important
I love this simple app. Simplicity is needed when learning how to relax and let go. When you are new to relaxation it is helpful to have some assistance. Even if you have done it your whole life it is nice to have some new voices, like falling into a hammock on a new island. Like Pavlov’s Law, we can train ourselves to relax faster so that the minute you close your eyes you are on the fast path to YOU, then the body can heal if it needs to, refresh if it needs to, redirect ones life energy if it needs to .
I created a Program called Find Your Mat/Find Your Breath. This app will be on my list as one of the ways I recommend to create more space for you.
I always get a lot out of the guided meditations of the Madduxs. The narrator has a nice gentle voice and is NOT intrusive and the gentle reminder that thought coming in are always okay just don’t grab on to them. That can be a very difficult thing to accept but once you have that handled, you’re good to go. Highly recommended.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
