Simply Connect is the new mobile web technology platform designed to exceed the ever-changing needs of our consumers. This new platform will deliver sophisticated tools to enhance the overall closing experience for our consumers and will provide an efficient simplified process for vendors such as signing agents, inspectors, and appraisers who conduct business with Mortgage Connect.
The application enables tracking of the vendors to visit, as they travel to a closing destination, and thus reducing the need for constant communication between various stakeholders of the closing process. Further, the application provides closing details to the vendor, for ready reference, and also provide quick feedback regarding the closing.
The intuitive design and user experience enable targeted users to easily understand and use all the functions of the application.
Further functionality is planned for future releases, which will provide additional power to the vendor. The application is expected to help improve the accuracy and efficiency of the process.

Not very efficient or effective if staffing are still calling & emailing for order status/updates. Informed by multiple staff members that the app is unreliable therefore the multiple calls are warranted. Needs to be users friendly and working otherwise it’s a waste of time logging in for updates. Logging in should also allow for Touch ID’s or face recognition.

Wow what a great looking app! I’m really excited to use this app, it’s something that’s been needed for a long time. I’ll stay tuned for more user interactions! I’ve worked with Mortgage Connect for about 7 or 8 years and this is a much needed tool for us in the field!!
