Very deceptive

No more es bueno que
The promotional materials make it sound like there are tons of actual books available. There are none, only a handful of generic, boring stories for each level of difficulty. The stories could have been written by AI. The app is also pretty buggy. I’m sorry to report this because, when working properly, the translation and flash card functions are very cool.

We are working very hard to add more content through different channels - and we have big plans for the future, but as we are a very small team there is only so much that we can do at the same time.The short stories are intended as something to get started with and is something we will continue to expand on and improve over time, but what we really want is to get people reading books from authors writing in the language they are learning - this is our real goal, but it will take time and it's a process to get there.Currently we are working to add public domain books which will become part of the app from version 1.5.0.We know first-hand that the system works really well, and we love using Simply Fluent ourselves—we know there are bugs, but we try our best to fix them, and we listen to all the feedback we get so that we can create the best reading experience for language learners - that's all.We would love to hear from you about the bugs and your overall experience if you would like to share, so that we can keep improving—we believe strongly in this method of language learning based on our own experiences, and we want it to be a great experience for everyone else as well.We look forward to hear from you, and if you are interested we'd love to share with you our vision of where we are going.feedback@simplyfluent.com
