I have bought several blankets since 2018. Some as wedding gift, baby gifts, and family Christmas gifts. I have had Customs made. Bought stuffies, pillowcases, Warmies. Dog kerchiefs I am sure there are more. The CS is second to none! Teri and Matt are fantastic! They have built a team dedicated to CS. The response time for questions is unreal. They are all patient and understanding of your needs and goals. Love supporting this business. Plus, everyone has lived and enjoyed their “special gifts”! Thanks all you are so appreciated! 💜🙏🏻🦋☮️

Ordered a blanket for $200 from them, was on back order so I expected it to take a while no big deal. I realized I entered my address incorrectly during checkout so I immediately emailed support with the address correction and was told it would be corrected.
2 months after my original order was placed I was notified through email my order has been dispatched no tracking number included very unprofessional for a company to practice that.
I requested a tracking number and tracked my order to see it was returned to sender due to insufficient address, because they did not correct my order when they said I would. I emailed them and was ignored for a full 24 hours until I messaged them rudely on Facebook.
I requested that they give me expedited shipping or a refund. They then started clutching their pearls and instead of confirming with me whether I want my product or a refund they issued a refund against my consent and blocked me on Facebook so I would not be able to publicize my negative experience with them.
They make good products, but have very bad customer communication like extremely bad and poor customer service. I still have not received my product when that is all I have wanted and what I paid for, for over 3 months. Just know what you’re getting into before you order from them.

Gorgeous blankets that feel amazing! I’ve never had a problem with customer service or the blankets. Not only are the blankets amazing, the customer service is awesome! I highly recommend when needing blankets, stuffies, and pillowcases!
