The best app I have ever gotten

I love this app. This is the best app I’ve ever gotten for stretching and threes, not rated a four star is because if you wanna listen to something on the same advice, you like five times to get it to get it working but I love this program and it helps with my back muscles, which has been just a little and the whole body thing. It’s just Gray you get to choose and make sure there’s no injuries. I just love this app. Everyone should get it.

Great app and work out

I think this app would be a great app for people to download as I am currently working on trying to lose weight, and also trying to increase my water consumption. So if you are focused on core strength training, flexibility, weight loss, or maybe, just want a place that you can go without having to get in a car and drive 10 minutes to a gym this is a great alternative.

My rating

I like the app. It targets certain things that are help full. The app has video links and tracks calories the tiny exercise and water intake. The only problem is that it’s too small of a range of like poses and stretches but other than that four stars.
