Flexible options while on the go

I travel 2-3 weeks out of a month. Plenty of hotels have fitness centers which are great, but sometime unpredictable and often crowded when I have time to go. With this app, I can choose duration, select certain poses, set ocean waves as my background, choose my level depending on what I need. Sometimes 60 or 90 minutes for a work out, 20 minutes to relax before bed or help relieve a long workout outside of yoga. A travel mat and my iPad and I am ready to go.

Just Perfect

Love this yoga app. I have it set to the days and times I want a reminder to go off. Easy listening and clear instructions So Happy with this app so I purchased the Pro. I’ve noticed a difference in my flexibility after only a week or two. Must have app!

I want to like it

I’m new to yoga, and I’m 60. For me it’s important to move slowly and deliberately, cause at this point in life it’s easy to tweak a joint or ligament. So, my main frustration with the program is the speed of the instruction. I’m on Level 1 basic mins and the instruction is simply too fast. What i would appreciate is a ‘pace’ setting by which I could increase the time between instructions, esp on beginner levels. As it is the program is unusable for me, which is sad, because I think I would enjoy doing the routines.
