Good idea, not polished.

The idea of the app is great, but using it for only a few minutes there a couple of really frustrating UX problems.

Website buttons: some I clicked on did nothing, some used an in app alert that website couldn’t be found, two others launched to the google homepage. The button should not be clickable (or not be there at all) if the requisite data isn’t available for it.

You should be able to filter by distance. I don’t want to see farms 500+ miles away I have no realistic chance of using.

Not a problem, but a nice feature would be to have whether farms are organic or not, free range etc.

Edit: +1 for the developer responding to feedback with roadmap plans.

Thanks for the feedback.

The website button being disabled if the farm doesn't have a website, is one feedback I've gotten very often that'll be in the next release.
Also I'll include the filter by distance option, which is great idea, in the one right after.

Have to make an account

Downloaded the app bc I like the concept. Opened the app and have to make an account before even previewing it to see if it works for my area. I am not keen on having to make an account before I can even see if the app is any good. I don't want to give my information for an app I might have to delete. There have been many apps in the past that have done a concept like this and they weren't good bc they focused on one area. I need to make sure my area has information before making an account or else what would be the point of keeping the app if it's unusable for my area. Ended up deleting it bc I can't preview the app. Also, shouldn't account making be optional for those who want to place orders through the app and that option be on the app? Many companies let you preview the app before deciding to make an account for further use.

Hi there :)

Sorry the account creations has caused some frustration.

The app currently has functionality to notify users if local farms & ranches have a special deal or restock on products, and that is the primary reason we need account creation.

Nonetheless, I appreciate you letting me now your frustration and will take it into consideration in the future version release.

App completely changed and not for the better

I’ve used this app for over a year and it was ok. Not many search results in my area even though other similar apps have more/better results. This was fine since it was a free app. Over the past few months it was re-branded and turned into a paid app. I was willing to give it a chance but I’m not going to provide payment info before I can check it out. For all I know it’s the same app with the same search results, but now I have to sign up, give payment info, and hope they cancel when I ask them to? No thanks.
