Started using this last month for company health incentives. It usually worked OK and synced with Apple Health and Fitness.
Added Garmin Connect last week, stopped wearing Apple Watch, but I have to enter fitness data from Garmin manually each day. Trying different ways to get Garmin to sync with this App but so far no luck.
And perhaps the most frustrating this is the “Check your Internet connection” message. Internet is fine so that message is useless. Then try the website as a workaround and it give “Unexpected Error” message. If you’re doing weekend maintenance, let us know so we don’t waste time trying to use your app. Or, if there’s a problem , provide a useful error message to make users aware of that. Otherwise it’s frustrating and your users are becoming angry.
Giving a 2 rating today because App was decent, it’s getting worse, and if it continues I need an option for an updated rating.
Please fix this!
Ugh- so frustrating
Our company has health incentives for using this app so I went ahead and connected it to my Garmin. Just like the other review, it worked ok the first few weeks but I had to often sync it as it appeared to lose that connection. Ok, doable but kinda annoying. Now in the past 5 days it will not connect to my Garmin at all. I have disconnected the Garmin and then connected it, I have logged in and out of both Garmin and this app and last resort was to uninstall app and then redo it. NO LUCK AT ALL for this app to sync with Garmin. I have done everything I can find to make it work and it just will not. I know my Garmin works fine as it will sync easily with other apps so my only conclusion is the problem is with this app. Disappointed for sure.
Does Not Sync
Signed up for the app for my companies wellness program. At first the app would sync by itself and update all my challenges. Now it won’t even sync to my Apple Watch. There are times when it will not even allow me to manually enter the steps. If by chance I do get to manually enter the steps and do this before the day is over and I try to go back and update the total, the new total does not register. It makes me aggravated because the company uses this data for points towards a break on our insurance. Sure wish an updated would come out to fix the bugs that are making this app not sync correctly. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, disconnected and reconnected my device, gone through all the setting and still nothing. If I didn’t need to use this app I would delete it immediately.
