Sing Your Part helps you learn your vocal part for hymns. Select a hymn, adjust the volumes of the four vocal parts, and press play. It is that simple! Learning your part is now as accessible as reaching in your pocket. Owning a piano and having the skills to play it are no longer necessary to learn your vocal part. Listen and practice anywhere—while getting ready in the morning, while making dinner, or on the go. Plus, with Sing Your Part you can adjust the volumes of all voices so you can practice harmonizing with the other parts. Soon you will be able to sing hymns in a comfortable voice range alongside others singing different harmonies.

Pastors and music leaders can prepare the whole church for worship by supplying a list of hymns for the upcoming church service. Church members then simply click on “This Week” to see this list of hymns and can come to church better-prepared to worship God.

IMPORTANT: Sing Your Part is geared for older hymns in the public domain and not newer copyrighted worship music. Parts are played on a MIDI piano, and do not include voices or words.

I’ve been waiting for this app for years!

I’ve led hymns at church for five years, and several times I’ve had people in the congregation approach me with the desire to learn harmony parts (a bit of a lost art in hymn-singing). The best way to learn parts is to listen, and so I would usually tell them to try to find a piano and play their part… which is impossible if one does not have a piano or know how to read music.

This app is THE resource for someone learning to sing parts. Even if your church’s hymnal is not listed, you can usually find the tune you’re looking for by searching. The volume sliders on all the other parts are a fabulous touch, and allow the learner to gradually turn up the other parts over time as they gain confidence. Amazing app!

Such a helpful tool!

I didn’t know I was an alto until a couple years ago. Finding my range has made singing so much more comfortable! Now, thanks to this app, I’m making slow but steady progress toward harmonizing in church. So thankful it exists!

Paid app now requiring further subscriptions?

I paid for this app a couple of years ago and consider myself an early adopter. I haven’t logged in for a few months and when I did, Ai discovered I could no longer access hymns and songs without yet another annual subscription.

I don’t mind paying and supporting Christian resources, but this feels very underhanded. I’ve paid once, and without any advance warning and notice, the whole commercial model changed and users are now required to pay more money?
