HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once your music piece is uploaded, our artificial intelligence powered transcriber processes it to generate a sheet music based on what it hears.
When the processing is finished, you can view the final sheet and export it in three outputs - a Midi file, a PDF engraved sheet, and a MusicXML digital note sheet.
It has never been easier to convert piano pieces to sheet music!

WHAT THIS APP DOESN'T OFFER
» Separation of multiple instruments:
The note recognition can't separate multiple instruments from your voice.
If you record multiple instruments playing simultaneously you will get bad transcription results!
As the name says, Sing2Notes will only work with vocal recordings.
» Live note recognition:
This app is not able to show you live note recognition results.
Instead, it will take some time to perform the frequency analysis and shows you the final sheet music.
» 100% match percentage:
This app won't detect 100% of the played notes and there will also be wrong detections.
But depending on the quality of the input signal, it will give you more than useful sheet!

Helps Me To Get Started ❤️

I know how to make a song without music. I already know how I want the tune to be. Sometimes when I’m lazy about finding the tune on the piano, the app helps out a whole lot. It helps me to know what key I’m singing in and helps me to read notes to my song. It helps to add the music. Thanks for creating the app.

Idea: Later you could add more instruments, and we could create our own band just singing. I love the app.

Big Disappointment.

I’ve been singing the same 20 seconds of a song directly into the app with no background noise or instruments playing repeatedly for the last 20 minutes. I tried singing it with words, on an “oooh”, closer or farther from the mic, at different tempos etc… long story short I didn’t get a single usable transcription.

Like if you sing 50 notes you’ll end up with sheet music showing about 20 notes with weird gaps between them AND all of the notes are not only incorrect but they’re not even notes in the same key as each other so it’s sounds like total nonsense when played back.

I’m a professional singer, and I know the problem isn’t with my pitch. This is a great idea, but it has a LONG way to go as it does not work at all.

Especially If you’re new to music skip this app, it will only make you hopelessly confused.
