Sistem eBencana memaparkan sistem maklumat geografi (GIS) dibawah kendalian Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) yang berperanan sebagai saluran penyampaian maklumat kejadian bencana di seluruh Malaysia serta maklumat penutupan jalan dan jalan alternatif yang terlibat dengan bencana seperti banjir, banjir kilat, cerun/jalan runtuh, jalan mendap dan jambatan rosak/runtuh. Orang awam boleh mengetahui lokasi bencana diatas peta secara langsung di atas talian.
