Description
SitePlex is a construction industry planning and site management tool which will help streamline and manage work being carried out on site.
SitePlex can be used to:
- Complete forms
- Record Incidents
- Record Near Misses
- Access company-wide documentation
- Access Project-specific documents
- Daily diaries
- Visitor Sign-in and out
- Task management
SitePlex is powered by a powerful web-based admin system which allows you to easily manage your sites and see real-time data being submitted by your teams on-site via the app and also allows you to create any forms that you wish for your business.
Note: In order to use SitePlex for your business an account would need to be registered on our website.

Features -
Document categories now contain subcategory folders.
Users can upload documents directly into subcategories.
Updates -
Different document file extensions show corresponding image icons or a generic one.
Field changes have been made to the Sign In form (briefed -> signed on to RAMS, orange trousers -> task-specific PPE).
Field changes have been made to the Daily Diary (heras fencing -> site security, pedestrian fencing -> safety issues, crane mats -> site events or meetings).
Long text fields in the Details section of the Daily Diary are no longer required.
Redirected 'Report Problem' to SitePlex freshdesk email.
Renamed 'Report Problem' to 'Report Technical Issue'.
Added support for uploading image files.
Added size limit of 10 MB for file uploads.
Bug Fixes -
Fixed an issue where project documents and forms were showing up in the wrong place due to incorrect project IDs.
Fixed an issue where submission validation error messages were showing randomly.
Updated user alert to tell them the submission has been saved as a draft.
Removed a poor network error warning.
Fixed an issue where new versions of global documents were not updating in the app.
Fixed an issue where hold points were not showing for non-pdf documents.
