Look it’s nice but the color scheme is terrible

I have a really hard time reading blue on purple, please make a high contrast mode or ability to change the colors of the app. And can you make sound independent of music volume, the “COOLDOWN” voice just basically SCREAM at you and it’s either turn off sound or listen to really really low music during excercise. Maybe record that voice clip a a lower volume?

Older an staying fit

Being a older Soldier deployed this has been a great way to exercise when I can. Well laid out an easy to follow.
