Endless loop...

I was instructed to download this app for a Team in Training event I registered for. Upon launching I was first given a tour of features, then asked to create an account. Most I my info was automatically entered, so I simply tapped the “next” button. I created a password and uploaded a profile pic. Then is was given a tour of new features and asked to create an account. Wait...what? Didn’t I just do that? I must’ve done something wrong...right? Repeated the process very deliberately, making sure I read everything carefully. Finished the process, the. Was given a tour and...wait...asked to create an account. Tried a third time, just for the sake of giving it one more try. Nope. Tour of features, etc...

Hey, Maggie? ,

Update ruined this app

I wish I hadn’t updated the app.

This is the required app for a fundraiser marathon I’m participating in, and with the most recent update it can only be viewed in portrait mode on a mobile device. I use my tablet in landscape mode in a Bluetooth keyboard (like a small laptop), and this renders the app unusable, unless you’re willing to turn your head in order to type. Worst. Update. Ever.

How else to say, the app was written by amateurs

I’m attempting to respond to a post from a coach and it’s impossible to move forward/backward using conventional iOS keyboard standards. Please tell me that Sixcycle did not fleece LLS/TNT into paying $Millions for such a horribly designed app. I’d love to attach screenshots, but I’m unable to do so.
