This update:
1. Add a white list. All new devices are selected by default.
2. Optimize scenario execution logic (with the latest host) and add scenario execution logic test.
3. Unified scene selection interface.
4. Modify the error handling of some equipment.
5. When the networking status is not completed, some states are allowed to force the next step.
6. Optimize the pop-up effect of modal view.
7. Add fault tolerance processing in the program.
