Informative

First time owner of a smartwatch and so far I like it. I can not compare it with other brands of smartwatch, but I can say that this is a really nice product. I like it that it is not made of plastic, thus it gives you the look of a regular sports watch. Not too big, just right. One charge last for more than 2 weeks. You can also change the info you want to see in the dial. Affordable than some brands.

Not accurate

Dear Skagen Your watch has a problem. It records active minutes for things that are not active. Today I woke up and synced my phone and found 156 active minutes recorded while ai slept!!!! And yes, your sleep section also recorded me as sleeping!!!!! I lead a very non physical life. But I would like my watch to record things accurately because it totally messes with the calorie burn and how much food I can eat. Based on your data- my Noom food app says I can eat over 2000 calories a day!! When I used the same app while using my Fitbit before it died- I could eat only 1400. I trust Fitbit. Your watch is pretty. But I did want something that was more than a watch and I did expect your fitness tracker to be more accurate than it is. Also-there is no way to subtract these fitness minutes or wrongly counted steps. I was at a concert-and my clapping added 2000 steps. I don’t think the calories burned was equal to stepping. There also seems to be no way to give feedback - where Fitbit has forums and real help people for issues. Your app feels more like an advertisement rather than a fitness product. Please improve your app accuracy. -Sarah

Better app

I kind of like that we get a different number of steps now, it was all weird and didn’t synch with the Health app steps, now both have a similar count. I would request that the friend option may be set to private, I am starting to receive friend request from someone who definitely looks like catfishing.
