Version 2023.1
Ski Buddy is finally back with another update to welcome this year's season!
This update fixes a small amount of bugs and most notably an issue some iOS 16 users had with location permissions.
Besides some winter season cleaning this also marks the beginning of new features! Be on the lookout for the next update, you are guaranteed to like it.

Perfect speed tracking
Simple and informative. Perfect app.
Not quite there
The UI is very clean and relatively easy to use. Unfortunately this app is let down by tracking reliability. Across three days it managed only to track one day almost completely. The other two days have only a fraction of the activity captured. Makes this app near useless as it needs to do one thing, one thing only and it cannot do that.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you had with reliability. I would love to make the tracking better. Do you mind sharing your data with me, so i can analyse what went wrong? To do that go to your tracked sessions, tap the options menu in the top, tap “Export” and send the GPX file to support@skibuddy.app.

Don’t bother. There are better free apps
This records basic features only. Time, distance, speed and runs. That would be acceptable if it were reliable. But it frequently stops throughout the day and misses large chunks of the ski day. Not worth the hassle. There are other apps that work reliably. Try Ski Tracks or Snoww instead.
