Fun games. Actually pays out. (Slow Support.)

I’ve been playing this for several months now. At first it was great—fun fast responding games. As time went on and more games/features were added, it became slow and glitchy. At that time I contacted support and was refunded for a few games. I finally won enough to cash out, submitted my request, and received money in about a month. Slow but at least it came. About a week later January 20,2024, I attempted another withdrawal. A month went by but I received nothing. Another month passed; still nothing. I contacted support via the in-app chat and was informed it was being referred to a live rep. I’ve heard nothing since. I followed up in app chat — nothing. I sent email to support — nothing. I messaged on fb— nothing. It’s been 79 days. I just want to know the status of my withdrawal request. Delays are understandable. No response is unacceptable.

UPDATE: I finally got a response and my money 80 days after the initial request. I raised my review to 3 stars.

I placed another withdrawal request today. Let’s see how long it takes.

Beyond frustrated!!!!!

I am so annoyed because I really like playing this game. First, the game was being glitchy and not giving me crowns I earned. I ignored it. The next day, when I opened it to play the game tried to give me all of the crowns I had not gotten the previous day. That caused the entire game to glitch with 2 circles spinning and spinning and spinning. I could do nothing. I deleted the game many times and tried to reload, no changes. I deleted my account, deleted the app and then reloaded. No change. That was days ago, I think 4 or 5. Today, I randomly tried to download the game again to see if it worked. It did! I was so happy. I started with a new name ( because I deleted my previous account) and tried to register with Apple, which is the only way you can register) and it said something about not being able to verify and being sent back to the beginning. So it gives me a new generated name, I go to register my account and it says my account has been deactivated and I have to play as a guest. I am so annoyed right now. I was giving the game another chance and I got screwed again!!! I already lost money ( although it was only bonus cash thank God)because I had to delete my first account due to glitching and now this!!! So if you are interested in a game that can glitch at any second with no rhyme or reason, this is your game. But I’d think twice about depositing real money because it could be gone as fast as you put it in.

Unresponsive customer service

I’d previously reviewed at 2 stars because of slow response time on getting a refund for bugs. It’s seems they’ve fixed that issue so I’m updating my rating up to 3 stars.

They’ve added additional games and that’s good. The matches take FOREVER to finish, though. Not enough players, so I have a lot that time out and get refunded.

I earned enough money to withdraw, so I tried it out. It took less than 24 hours to hit my PayPal, which was great! However, I cannot withdraw again for a week apparently. I get only allowing one withdrawal at a time, but why must I wait so long before requesting another??
