So I won, but I’m getting the run around about my redemption. They said roughly 3 business days. Even with. The holidays, I’ve allowed longer than 3 days without receiving my funds. I reached out to support, got the run around so here’s my NEGATIVE star review until my redemption has been made. $485 is MY WIINNINGS YOURE STILL HOLDING. Furthermore you have people angry and upset not because of the way the game runs but because of the FALSE advertisement saying everyone that signs up under this specific ad on survey spin gets $200 to begin play with. So perhaps, get with your advertising team and your redemption team and the place might be worthwhile. As for now, I will never play a spin sorcery slot again because of this one single incident. And trust me there are plenty, so the moment I see it fly back across my email when adding funds to a game, I don’t even care, I’m deleting the app. Negative review will come down when my redemption has been made and I’m proven otherwise.

STAY AWAY!!!

Stay away from these guys. They have several apps that I’ve found so far. Spin Sorcery (the primary company name), Tactical Riches Spins, Skills Quest Slots, Cash Bridge Slots, Prowess Spin, Gleaming Slots, Chain Mania Arena… to name a few.


I made several purchases and then won. They will not pay out! And their customer service stop responding as soon as they realize what you’re contacting them for. I have sent emails. I have tried to contact them on chat with multiple apps. They simply ignore you.


They claim that my identity verification failed. They use KYC to verify, as do most. I have verified with KYC without any issue MANY times…a few of them on other Spin Sorcery apps which, conveniently, I didn’t have a winning balance pending in. This particular verification process failed without even giving me a chance to upload pictures of my ID.

Mistakes happen. Computer glitches are a thing. I respect that. But their failure to respond or stop responding once they learn why I’m contacting them …. Not only on one app but several just reinforces the fact that they won’t pay. They had no problem taking my money though.




I am working now on filing formal complaints to get their Gaming Labs Certification revoked. I have read that others have this issue too. I encourage you all to do the same. If enough of us speak up then maybe we can get them shut down before they scam anyone else out of money.
