Not so good
I’m forced to use it by my children’s school. My heart rate and blood pressure go up when I have to add money, just waiting to see what they have come up with new to aggravate users. Latest is not connecting, auto top up still not working. When you add money it’s not clear whether you succeeded. When they updated I could not connect anymore. Of course they don’t tell you that an update is the reason why you can’t connect. The update apparently also canceled my automatic top up. So after realizing I had to manually add money, I was good to go.

After an update, the mandate for an automatic upgrade should not be changed. We will investigate why this apparently happened to you.
We are going to provide a notification and better feedback in the App after an upgrade. Hopefully you will start seeing these improvements soon and start liking our App better.
Once again they don't remember my saved passowrd
One of these products a school forces you to use when so many alternative payment systems already exist and clog up your phone. Then if you need to add money they make your life more difficult by forgetting my computer saved password. Oh well. Then they offer to send email to reset the password. Except even after ten times asking I don't get email.
