A Story Most People Have Never Heard
Everyone knows the legend of Van Gogh. Few know the full story.
At the heart of Van Gogh’s life was a decades-long exchange of letters with his brother, Theo, filled with doubt, wonder, and unfailing devotion that made Van Gogh’s art possible in the first place. Now you can discover that bond firsthand. Guided by Johanna, Theo’s wife and the quiet force who carried Vincent’s legacy forward, you will piece together the story behind the paintings and discover that what we call genius was also, and always, an act of love.
Dear Van Gogh is their story, as much as his.
Art You Can Walk Through
Explore beautiful, playable environments made from Van Gogh's best known paintings, from sunlit fields in the Netherlands to the glowing night skies that only he could imagine. Each and every landscape is a work of art in motion, rendered in his bold, expressive brushstroke style and alive with the emotion he poured into every canvas.
Paint the World with Others
Just as Van Gogh was never truly alone in his creative journey, neither are you. Use Sky’s signature brushstroke mechanic to collaborate with other players, bringing color and light back to the world together. Because some things are simply more beautiful when shared.
Return to the Real World, Evolved
At the end of the experience, pause and look back at what you experienced. You’re welcome to reflect on and share what you observed and what moved you. Dear Van Gogh in Sky is more than just a game, it is an invitation to see one of history’s greatest artists in a new light, and question everything you thought you knew about the story behind the art.

In my opinion, sky could hardly be better. The graphics are incredible, and the places you can go to are amazing, but I have some suggestions. 1 sky kids could have a place to permanently save outfits somewhere. There could be a special spot in both aviary (sorry if I spelled that wrong) and the original home some people still use. If you changed homes, your outfits that were saved could be transferred to that special place, depending which home you pick. 2 if you save choose to put your outfits in a different place that all sky characters who have completed all 6 worlds could access, they could send you requests to use your outfit for a short amount of time, if they have all of the accessories on it. 3 (this is no longer about outfits) for moths (new players) to have an option to have a tutorial about all the 6 worlds, to prevent them from going around without the basic knowledge or other players spreading misinformation to them. 4 (this is no longer about moths) to have the ability to trade candles and buy hearts, this is because some people who want accessories but don’t have that many friends in the game yet could easily get hearts, or maybe earn them like candles (aside from receiving light) Other than all those suggestions (which I do hope you take into consideration, it has taken me quite a long time to type this) sky truly is a great game, and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I know it is long. -ARYA >-[*_* ]-<
Splendid, but with a few problems

I’ve been playing this game since Season of Dreams, which was about three years ago. This game is absolutely wonderful! You make lots of new friends, the fan base isn’t toxic, the scenery is beautiful, and it’s all free! Mostly. We’ll get to that. There are so many options built into the game to interact with other friendly people, like playing instruments together, flying around and doing shenanigans, or prodding the game for glitches and shooting up into the air at supersonic speeds. It’s very fun, but sooner or later you realize that companies unfortunately have to make money in order to continue to produce free content. They really don’t push in-app purchases at you too much, but I will admit that the game is a lot more fulfilling if you spend money on it. After you’ve kind of done everything, you get into the waiting phase where your friends go inactive and you end up grinding for candles all the time. If you want any of the cool items, you have to grind consistently for about 45ish minutes a day for a couple weeks straight without missing any days. I mean, I’m cool with it, but it’s definitely not for everyone. I stick around for the wacky people you meet and the spectacular art reference tool it can be, as you can pose your lil character and dress them with a very well designed wardrobe. All in all? I’d say get it! Experience the game for yourself, then decide if you really wanna stick around. If so, see you in the clouds!
Things that are amazing about sky.

Honestly this is the most smoothest fun gameplay I’ve ever played in my life. It’s so smooth and well made and something about it just makes it my favorite game, it’s peaceful if one day you ever just want to relax after a long day and even if you want to play a musical instrument and make your own songs as long as others songs you can play, and it’s so Have collect candles and give it to spirts to get stuff from it and decorate your home in sky with candles and light. You can also find wing light to fly even higher and stronger. It also fun because there’s a entire community and the creators actually care about the game for the sixth anniversary of sky they went out of there way to do interviews with some of the people there and even little movies, the creators take it so seriously and it’s just so fun and entertaining. There’s multiple little words you can go through wether you want a peaceful one, a rainy, a scary, or a fun world they have it. And if you do say something mean while texting they will give you two warning and after that second warning don’t expect you’ll speak ever again, once again the creators take protecting the players very seriously. And everybody in sky is so nice, if your ever going through a hard time they understand and are willing to do anything to make you feel better, everyone there is just so talented including the creators. I love the game so much and I recommend you playing it to if anyones reading this anyways bye *+- Children Of The Light *+-
