1. Inhale
A light will appear on your screen. Slowly breathe in as the light naturally illuminates your room.

2. Exhale
As the light gradually decreases, slowly breathe out.

3. Sleep
In under two minutes, you'll be able to lower your breathing, heart, and oxygen levels, putting you in the perfect state to fall asleep.
