Taking into account that a large number of the population is chronically sleep deprived and they don't even know it, is a serious matter enough, but even when the awareness is raised we don't find the time to commit to a new solution or we already have tens of other health apps that we use. The challenge so was to create a frictionless way for the app to operate and to make us aware of this serious matter, we built the whole app around the idea that it shouldn't take more than 10 seconds everyday, anything more than that and we're way less likely to commit, even at something as serious as this.

The thing is that most people that most of us that are accumulating sleep debt dont have enough time for allot of things let alone committing to a new app, and Sleep Debt Pro addresses that it asks you how much did you sleep each morning and tells you your sleep debt amount each night based on your reply to the morning question.

- This is a critical part why Sleep Debt Pro was created, after a while we think that we've gotten used to sleeping less, and we're completely wrong, if left unchecked this can go on for a long time, causing serious damage.

- When we deprive ourselves of sleep we're not only putting ourselves at risk but others also, i've had a first hand experience at this and a bit of awareness would've gone a long way to prevent me from driving during those times.

Does not measure sleep debt

I had high hopes for this app. Sleep debt is a usually considered a cumulative measurement of missed sleep over the last few months. In other words, three nights of getting only 7 hours of sleep (when 8 is your preferred sleep amount) would be 3 hours of sleep debt.

Unfortunately, this app only allows you to track last night's sleep. It doesn't allow you to track sleep over time- effectively making it useless.

Please improve this app by adding a database backend to track cumulative sleep debt.

App not responsive at all

I bought the app hoping it would be a simple debt log but I couldn’t even get past the first screen, it wouldn’t allow me to press the button to adjust how much sleep I need. Bad attempt at making an app. Basic functions don’t work.
