Good but... ***UPDATE***

It would be better if you could see your sleep average compared to desired sleep.
I did as the developer stated. All that happened was the graph changed from the current day to the current year, which I already knew how to do. So I will try to be more clear. When I click on the graph for the month or year; it would be nice to get an average of month/year sleep compared to desired sleep. If I get eight hours a day the first two weeks and six hours a day for the next two weeks; then I averaged seven hours a day for the month... I could add each day up and divide by the total number of days to get the average. This is just a suggestion that I feel would make this app great but hey it’s free so...

Glad you like the app. Please tap Graphs in the menu, tap “Month” or “Year” to zoom out, and the white line shows a rolling average trendline of your sleep hours over many days. The third graph also shows your average sleep hours by day using all data (over months and years). Change your desired sleep time in Settings and all graphs and log entries will update to show if you’ve reached your desired sleep time. Please contact us via “Questions or Feedback”, we’d be glad to help further.

Very helpful app

I got this app 2 weeks ago, looking to improve my sleep time (I was getting about 5 hours a night, if I was lucky). I didn’t have really high hopes; after all, how could my phone help me sleep?
Well, first off it had me set a goal for my sleep time. Well, I’d try for seven, I thought, of course not expecting to get anywhere near seven. I admit, the first night I mainly laid awake staring at it. Because you see, you must keep the app open while you sleep (keep the phone plugged in or you’ll run down the battery). No checking the news, no googling random ideas that hit you at 12:45, no Candy Crush. I got my first clue that night as to why I wasn’t sleeping so well!
The next morning I was awakened by... wind chimes? And a graph was waiting for my perusal, showing me exactly how long I’d laid awake!
As nights passed I noticed what helped and what didn’t: beer after six (No), beer at dinner (no effect) valerian root before bed (yes, but prepare for really intense dreams), games on my phone (no), outdoor physical activity (oh yes).
This past week I have twice made my goal of 7 hours. The other days I got 6 1/2, 6 and 44 minutes, and so on. I definitely recommend this app!

Was working great

I have been using this for over a year and it was working great. However lately it has been shutting itself off or not recording my sleep. I suspect it has something to do with a recent iPhone os update and/ or other apps messages are interfering with it. This didn’t happen before unless I answered a call. I have added no new apps to my phone.
I regularly get Skype and text messages while I sleep, never made a difference before.
I hope it goes back to working again.

Glad the app's been great for all this time. Please check to be sure you have the latest app version. Try restarting your phone to clear things out, and be sure the phone is plugged in. Please contact us in the app via "Questions or Feedback", we'd be glad to help further.
