Does not pull sleep data from Fitbit
The idea was to get the sleep data from Fitbit, and the data authorization went trough without trouble, but neither the app nor the mobile-based website has any option to refresh the data available at Fitbit. It’s really bare bones and a lot of work needs to be done to make the UX seamless.

Thanks for your feedback, I'm glad to pass that along to the Product team as we make continuous improvements to the program. From your message, I'm unsure, so I wanted to check - have you gone to the full website and turned on 'Autosync'? The direct link for that is here: https://www.sleepio.com/device/enable-auto-sync/fitbit/ You can access the full website from the mobile browser, as well, by clicking that option at the bottom left of the mobile site.
I did want to mention that also, Fitbit only sends data once a day, so if you click 'Edit' and enter the diary card before the sync has happened, it will prevent Fitbit from syncing that day, because it recognizes your entering into the card as a manual edit which always overrides any datasync.

This app has saved my sanity!!!
I’ve been dealing with insomnia for the past few months. My doctor recommended Sleepio when I came in for my annual checkup and expressed dismay about my poor sleep and how it was affecting my physical health. I was an exhausted and anxiety-ridden wreck.
The Sleepio support team I sent an email to asking how I could get started were so kind, empathetic, and professional. No matter what question I had about how to sign up or any kind of technical question they helped me right away.
The program can be accessed on the app or on the website, which the latter seems to offer more stuff to check out than the app, like a whole Community of fellow insomniacs who were also so supportive and helpful!!!
The program does require discipline and a willingness to apply many, if not all, of the techniques that are introduced and broken down for you each week. Three months ago, I was at a breaking point with my mental health and felt like a zombie with not being able to sleep. Now, I feel like I have a new lease on life. Sleepio is amazing. Thank you!!!!!

I went through a very stressful divorce and was
suffering through terrible insomnia for four years. I started using Sleepio and within a couple of months I was back to sleeping normally again. I highly recommend the Sleepio app!
