Most Definitely a 5-star App!!
I don’t usually bother taking the time to write a review for an app unless I’m really impressed and this app is definitely impressed me. I stumbled on this while I was searching for an app that would keep track of all my online orders so I could track my packages all in one place. I tried a few of the other apps that claimed to do just that and I suppose that they did but I was completely annoyed by the fact that I had to manually add every order and it’s tracking number and even then the tracking info was delayed or just completely unavailable even when I could run the number and track it myself. An app that required me to manually add all my info is absolutely useless if you ask me since your pretty much the one who has to keep track of everything in your own, what I was really looking for was an app that got all my info automatically from the confirmation emails and I almost gave up until I found this one. So far it seems to have found every single order that I’ve placed since I downloaded it all on its own and it always provides me with accurate tracking info for all my orders. This is a must have app if you do a lot of shopping online, skip messing with the others and download this one. Thanks to the developers for exactly the app that I was looking for.
BEST Delivery Pkg Notify App Ever!!!
I hardly EVER leave reviews here on the App Store, but I just can’t say enough about how AWESOME & accurate this app is at notifying me of my package deliveries.
This became especially apparent to me after I purchased the Deliveries app a few months ago. Everyone was talking about how amazing the Deliveries app was & how they couldn’t live without it. So, I went ahead & paid for it based on others’ recommendations. Compared to Slice? It’s awful!! You have to type in all your package info and even after doing that, Deliveries is STILL not as fast or accurate as Slice.
I tested this out recently by tracking the same package using both apps. Not only did I NOT have to “tell” Slice that a package was on its way (it automatically picked the info up from my email), but I received a notification on my Apple Watch that the package had arrived. It took Deliveries a few hours later to update.
My advice: save your money!! Slice is FREE & is hands-down THE best package delivery app available to date.

“Fix password” doesn’t work anymore!
I received a message that I needed to “fix my password “ for some reason so I followed the procedure of creating an app-specific password again and pasted a new one into the password field but I received an “incorrect password” message. After repeated attempts and creating several new app-specific passwords, I gave up and contacted the support team multiple times. They replied once and asked for pics of my problem which I promptly provided to them. I’ve used app-specific passwords on other sites and with other apps before as well as with Slice without a problem and I’ve never had an issue with the process. I haven’t heard a word from the support team in almost a week and I’m thoroughly disgusted at their failure to respond to what should be a simple problem. Each day I try to “fix” the password again in the hope that the Support Team has already fixed the problem, but each day I’m disappointed and I have no idea when my packages will arrive from their respective vendors. I’m in a wheelchair so all I can do now is go outside each day looking for packages that may or may not have arrived which is a lot of unnecessary and uncomfortable effort.
