See your life - you see your daily life routes (where you go), time stamped for each event, steps and miles walked/run, and fat burned.

Share your life - you can share your activities, locations, and your fitness achievement with your friends with a simple click.

Store your life - it stores your daily log (routes and fitness achievements) in your iPhone and in the cloud. It's an extension of your memory. You can easily remember what you did on a particular day - your memory only a few clicks away.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Slife has been designed to use GPS and other sensors smartly based on your activities. The app relies mostly on the motion sensor, cell towers, and WiFi locations.

Slife needs to run continuously in the background to track your activities:
1. Make sure you turn on Background App Refresh in iPhone Settings- >General->Background App Refresh.
2. If you close Slife in the multitasking view by swiping up (this is the view you get by double pressing the home button). Slife will be turned off until you open the app again.
3. Slife App will continuously use GPS in background, this may increase battery consumption.

Easy to use interactive app..

I’ve been using the Slife app a short while. I like many of the features , especially the tracking feature: which tracks the users distance(s) cycled , walked or stairs climbed. Pleasantly surprised how quickly my fitness goals are reached on a daily & weekly basis. I tried several other free & purchased apps which did NOT meet the b.s. marketing hype. In my quest for a better, easy to use, user friendly self- explainatory fitness app - this app may fit my criteria. We’ll see.

Brillant app

The Slife app has been my favourite download in a long time. A group of my work colleagues are also impressed by its person-centred approach at improving your fitness in a safe and healthy manner. I never realized how competitive I was until my colleagues and I befriended each other in the app, making our daily statistics visible within our group. This fact alone has been really fun and has kept me engaged in physical activity when I’m tempted to give it a miss. I don’t want the girls at work to see me give up, which makes me work harder, and I’m pretty certain it’s having the same impact on them.

It will not let me login and when I go to forgot password it says I have tried to often. I am locked out!!!
