    I loved the game when I first started playing, then the glitches began! Interestingly enough they began shortly after I purchased tokens…like almost immediately. Several times I managed huge wins of 30k or more but lo and behold they didn’t show in my balance. When contacting customer support (several times), I got the same few suggestions, clear the cache, uninstall, reinstall, exit from the game , re-enter the game. Nothing allowed the tokens won to show in my balance and customer service has ignored my follow up requests for resolution. I admit to purchasing many times, but will most likely not purchase again due to the lack of interest in fixing the glitch and/or putting the win tokens back. Advice: find another game that offers true customer support and not excuses as to why it’s likely your fault the wins don’t show!Edit: my daily wheel bonuses vanished for three straight days. I contacted customer support and was all but called a liar! Today I finally get a nice win, go in to check out one of their promoted games but opt NOT TO SPIN…leave the game and lo and behold once again they screwed me out of coins, taking 10,000 of my newly acquired tokens. I’ve decided after being a loyal player who also has paid quite a bit of money to get tokens allowing me to continue playing, that I will not purchase from this game again. I will say the problems BEGAN SHORTLY AFTER I BEGAN BUYING TOKENS….and customer service opted to NOT REPLACE TOKENS that were lost due to glitches in the game and they couldn’t care less if they lose your loyalty or not.Slingo Arcade…a love your game but you have to do better by your loyal players!

    Update 2026: Took a break from game and deleted quite some time ago. Redownloaded today 18 games of Slingo- 1 game covered itself. So I deleted it again. Same complaints as before seem even more relevant now. They are too greedy and have removed the enjoyment. Look for other sources of entertainment. Old: I’ve played Slingo on and off for quite some time now. They give you insulting daily bonuses, way over priced tokens, and you can’t win. This app has the worst winning percentage of any app I’ve ever played. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT! They have rigged the algorithms to where you just might win a portion of your bet back after 7-8 rounds. This entire app is just a legalized scam where they prey on people.

    Update: Slingo has corrected my account so I upgraded to 4 stars. Still frustrating that the game does this but appreciative that support was able to make this right. I’ve played this game for probably 3 years and never had a problem until now. I have made some coin purchases through this game and so it is extremely frustrating that after spending money on this app, the game is now having major problems. Over the last week I have been playing Slingo Carnival and after playing the bonus games, which are hard enough to get to being that you need 5 slingos to get to the first one, the game is not awarding me my winnings. The first time I selected a 20x multiplier, betting 100 coins. The game said I won 2000 credits and none were added to my total. The second time I was betting 50 coins and selected a 6 times multiplier for 300 in winnings, nothing added to my balance. Now I was just betting 300, selected a 50x multiplier, the game said I won 15,000 coins (which anyone who’s played this game knows is a MAJOR win) and nothing added to my balance. It’s not every time because mostly it does award what I’ve won, but it’s happened three times in 48 hours. Trying to deal with support and they’ve asked me 100 questions asking for time stamps and looking for screenshots which I don’t have because it tells you it’s awarding credits and then doesn’t. Yes I have the updated version and yes I’ve cleared caches. Y’all need to fix your bugs and correct those who have not been given their credits.

    I have been playing the app since 2019 or so and I enjoy the games some new and many old. I played daily whereas the daily 500, I was over 600 consecutive plays. Afterwards, the streak ended because I could not play on my phone because of some random report which stated FB cancel me from playing. I started using my iPad at night playing the game until my daily streak was broken because I was on my iPad researching whatever I was looking at and forgotten to play the app before midnight. Smh. It’s because I was not use to playing on my iPad. Before, I tried to play on my phone and could not connect on my iPhone via FB until my streak was broken. I found it highly suspect because after possibly three or four days, I was allowed to connect back into my FB and continued playing Slingo via phone. I was highly annoyed that I started playing the daily spin in hopes to conquer it again. I continued playing daily and noticed, my daily spin will start at the beginning again. Why I wrote this review, because last night I played the games along the daily Challenge to find today my daily spin has started over again. I believe I was two weeks in and possibly needed to play 10 more games towards the 500 coins. My question, why are you all constantly rigging this game?

  • Love this game! But it’s gotten expensive...

    So I’ve been playing Slingo, daily, for the past few years. I love bingo and slots, so it’s a great mesh of the two genres! What I’ve noticed more recently, is that the daily bonus has gotten lower and lower- I constantly get 10 or 25 ( tops!!) on the wheel. Previously, I would get 100 as the absolute lowest wheel amount. That is disappointing to say the least. Also, I do love the daily challenges, but what you receive for completing the challenges, doesn’t come anywhere close enough to the amount of coins you “win” for completion?? Example: you can win 1200 coins for completing challenge- but it’s 10 games of one games, 2500 points on another, and another 6-10 games of the third game?! But yet you will win 2,000 coins MAX ? I love this app/ all the games, but the payouts have drastically decreased in the past year . Further, you have to wait 4 hours for the bonus, and then you get ?100 coins? I’m SILVER level, so that’s 125 coins...... HOW can you complete the challenges anymore with “ bonus” amounts like that? I understand that the game needs to make money- and I’ve paid many a time to play, but at least make it fair??

    Since you have finally acknowledged I put in a review there is absolutely no way for me to know what machines and how many credits because you took so long to acknowledge me. Also on today’s daily missions one of them is to play 6 games of Slingo Extreme. I played 6 games in a row and it didn’t count a one. Please fix these issues. I love this game and don’t want to stop playing but will if something isn’t done to correct these.IF YOU HAVE ISSUES AND WANT TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED DON’T LEAVE A REVIEW. I have been ignored since the first time I brought up these issues so now my rating is 1 star. The game doesn’t count things correctly. I scored 150 points one round and the daily challenge is win 950 credits and it didn’t count the round I won 150! Please let me know that you have read this and are trying to fix this! I shouldn’t have to keep reducing my star rate because you won’t acknowledge me. I love playing Slingo arcade but there have been issues lately I’m not liking. When completing daily challenges the last couple of weeks it has been frustrating. It will say get this many Slingos or play throw many games or get this many jokers and your app doesn’t count things correctly. It always takes more than what the daily challenge says. For example this morning it said to play 6 games of Slingo Riches and I had to play 10 games for it to say I played 6. Please fix this issue because it does get annoying. I lowered my star rating because I feel I’ve been ignored. This game also doesn’t count credits you earn correctly. I’m having to win 950 credits. I’ve actually won 155 but it’s only counted 40. This is very frustrating. Please address this issue and let me know you have seen this.
