I am so disappointed

I have been a loyal player of Vegas now I have been playing it for years I have actually bought coins and like any other slot game you win some you lose some Over the last four or five months I have accumulated 987 billion coins On Wednesday, December 20th.
On December 21 I went to collect when I opened the game I had 300,000 coins and I was on level two that really bothered me a lot I emailed the company and to this day I have not gotten an answer back I thought that was extremely wrong even if they cannot get me my coins back and I’m sure they can I have similar incidents with other slot games and they have been able to send me a substantial amount of coins but this company Simu Don’t even have the decency to answer an email I will never play this game I will never recommend any of your games I am so disappointing.

Dear Extremely disappointed 2022, thank you for your feedback! Please, check that your iCloud was enabled and connected to our game during the previous gameplay. Otherwise, unfortunately, game restore won't be work. Pass by the steps to restore the progress if iCloud was connected: 1. Delete and install app again; 2. Launch the app; 3. Open any level and return to the lobby, repeat this step a couple of times until a progress restore popup appears; 4. Select saved progress on iCloud and restore it. Bug/crash

Really love playing on your site. Two days ago I played, the next day while getting bonus the spin again feature wasn’t letting an ad come up. I turned off my iPad hoping that would get rid of glitches. It did but I went from about 5 trillion coins down to about 2 million and back to the first 2 levels and a different monetary amount on the wheel ,almost like I started from the beginning again. Any chance of a way to recoup my coins and levels back? Thank you
