The graphics are GREAT! Next best thing to a real casino, and currently the payouts for myself have seemed to improve.
Sometimes changes will cause minor problems, and over time they will be resolved. Patience is the key for everyone involved. I've been playing BIG FISH casino games for several years, and have witnessed changes always for the best. Previously TATE was my customer support rep. He always provided exceptional support by solving issues in a timely manner.

Could be fun if they’d stop tampering with the games
Too many times they will allow the games to pay good for a day or two and then for weeks they will pay crappy. The 4th of July, they paid pretty good, now the same games will go hundreds of spins (I’ve counted) and you hit no good pay outs. Also, when they put out a new game, it pays really good at first, then after a certain amount of time, the game no longer pays as well as it did when first launched. I don’t know about other people, but when all you’re doing is losing, the games are no longer fun to play. You can tell they alter the games. As you watch the wheels spin, you won’t even see tiles for the payouts flash by. And the amounts that pay out are crap as well. Most of the time when you hit something, it looks like it’s a great payout, but you don’t even make your bet back. This could be really fun if they would actually allow better odds. Since we already pay monthly to be in Big Fish, you shouldn’t have to pay additional money to keep playing. The advertisement says “who needs to bet small when you get hourly bonuses”. What a joke. The hourly bonuses are lost within seconds since the games pay so awful. Pay attention Big Fish. You’re getting a lot of disgruntled players.
Customer support no longer exists here
I have been playing this app for a long time and have spent lots of real cash along the way. It used to be that when you had a problem, customer support would be a big help. Now they just throw a few suggested “help” topics at you and call it good. I’m a real big gamer (for my age) and I will tell you for a fact that having the personal assistance that Marina used to provide was a real incentive to playing this app. I don’t know if she quit or went to a different department, but I want her back! She always provided the help I needed. Now I get nothing. I will never spend my hard-earned money again on this app until they listen to my concerns. I purchased tickets for the Heads Up Tournaments so that I could build up my coins when the 3x payout events were going on. This time, however, it only paid the standard amount instead of 3x pay. I can’t seem to make anyone there understand that this needs to be fixed and that I should be compensated for the difference in what I should have been paid and what I actually received! FRUSTRATING!!!!!
