Does not work

I have spent hours trying to get this app to work. Apple support could not help, suggested I contact the developer but that is impossible. Unable to locate any link or info. I am using the newest Apple 4K TV on a new 77" Sony Bravia 4K tv and my network speed on the Apple TV using the Speedtest app is over 300 Mb/s. I have the same issues with this companies Drone Aereal app. Neither run in 4K, not even an option on the pull down menu. The app runs at a very rapid frame rate, maybe 10X normal, then starts a new video and freezes. I have 2 other apps from this developer that do run but these 2 apps should be taken off of Apple's App store. The developer needs to add a support link. Don't waste your time. BTW, the apps do run on my new iPhone. Go figure. I suspect their servers cannot deliver the required bandwidth of their content.

Disappointed

I bought this app to use on my Apple TV, and I regret my purchase. The video clips are very short. When one clip ends, there’s a blank screen and then another clip starts. But that second clip only plays for about one second and then goes black. This is on the latest tvOS.

To make matters worse, most of the features of the app - including HD video - require an in-app upgrade purchase. So despite the app having “4K” right in the name, you don’t get 4K unless you pay more. Where I come from, that’s called bait-and-switch marketing, and it’s illegal.
