get up and move

I like the fact that it reminds me to do something. Since I can only have 2 exercises, I just add something to each. For me, under crunches, I also do reverse crunches as well. For legs, I do donkey kicks and hydrant.

Great reminder app; could use some features

I really like the simple interface, and the ability to add custom exercises and customize the time interval. I purchased the premium version, and have no regrets.

That said, in the age of Zoom meetings, it would be nice to have options -- say, a configurable snooze time, or a "do not disturb while in Zoom" mode -- to keep that window from popping up while I'm sharing my screen.

I'd also like to be able export the log of activities completed. I emailed the developer, and they said they're working on it. Fingers crossed!

It's ok

A great concept for an app but I wish it was a bit more built-out. It wouldn't take much to add a visual description of the steps involved in each exercise. It would also be great if it could build you up to doing sets of x reps per exercise. Some sort of goal/achievements would be nice - ie your challenge is to do 10 different exercises today and get a star when you achieve it. Hope you'll continue to build this out as there's room for it to be great. Thanks for your work.
