Really easy.

Started tracking my calories for weight loss. Only wish I could set my target calorie intake to 1,500. I haven’t figured how to yet.

Other than that, I love it. I’ve only started using it for a few days. Once I use it more, I will write another review.

My initial review is solely based on how user friendly it is.

Calories & Free App - Win!

I have been looking for a calorie tracker that is free and there are a lot of them out there. Beware many free apps aren’t free. It’s free to download, but to access any features you have to pay. This one is actually free and pretty easy to use. I like how it uses your BMR and calculates activity off of this. I am using a tiered calorie reduction over time, and so far it is working for me.

What I don’t like is on the generic foods like raw carrots, it has 1 serving as the portion size. Are we talking USDA portions? I feel like this would be easy to under report calories. Also, how does it calculate fitness? I worked out for 30 minutes and is still showing 0 as energy burned. Overall, it’s a good starting point.

Amazing but…

I love the app, helps me count my calories right, it doesn’t let you enter calories burned so it’s not easy to remember. I have no way of entering I burned 200 calories from biking this morning and it still says I burned 0. I can just use a notepad but that makes me use more apps then I should need to. Could be better if it allowed you to input your own Burns. If I had the money I’d use calorie counter, a much better but payed for app.
