I used to brought hay from a local hay farm we will get the bale hay but after doing some research and I found out that it was a lot of alfalfa on it and Timothy hay is best for my babies so my boyfriend looked online and slew came across this website we try the first box of second cut and it was so good they love it the smell was so welcoming. Thank you for the quality products and also my bunnies love the loops haha

A bit tedious to use relative to other retail apps. I expected some additional setup/ configuration time, but same issues remain from old way of ordering via browser. Not readily apparent where to log in, then app retains order history but no easy means of reordering item purchased recently. Basically start from scratch each time I order, which takes a bit of searching every time. The policy of disallowing free shipping when cashing in loyalty points on an order is almost a non-starter for me. The high quality of the product is the only reason I keep coming back. There are much better apps and better customer experiences to be had out there.

My biggest problem with the app is that there is no “Order Now” option on auto ship orders like there is online. You can only skip or cancel.
In addition, you can not edit or add payment methods on the app.
In general, it is lacking a ton of basic functionality you would expect from an e commerce app. You are better off going on the desktop version if you want to order something. (Do not use any of their mobile web apps because those clearly were not tested for their usability and does not scale well, hiding main buttons and action items.)
