user interface clumsy
I just received the scale and I’m beginning to use it. I’ll update this and stars later. My frustration is with the the way the app forces us to enter foods. A small tweak would let us scan a food, and simply enter 3 or 5 or however many servings. If I measure five teaspoons, it clunky to have five lines for them, each dedicated to one teaspoon. If I am missing something let me know, but otherwise the UX isn’t friendly and frustratingly redundant.
Good concept
I like the scale and I want to love the app, I really do. The concept is great, however there have been too many times the app wipes out all the nutrition data for that meal. It would be wonderful if there was a graph that shows your macro values each meal.
App doesn’t work
I give this a 1 star. I have had this scale for awhile now and the app has never been able to scan barcodes. I have contacted support several times with no resolution. Their emails have “we answer phones , we will do everything we can to take care of our customers” on the bottom but this is definitely not true. Customer service is a joke at best
